The country house is set within 14 acres. At the front you will find manicured lawns gently sloping and disappearing into the fields and valley towards Lampeter. This view towards the Teifi valley is a great way to be greeted when waking up in the mornings.
Behind The Falcondale you’ll find woodlands and mature trees with pathways running through them. Hiding in the middle will be the Victorian ice house. A perfect time of year to see the rhododendrons and azaleas would be May and June.
