As the seasons change, so too does life at The Falcondale, and we’re thrilled to share some wonderful news with all of you!
After nearly 25 years of dedicated service, Lisa, our beloved custodian of The Falcondale Hotel & Restaurant, is taking a well-earned step back from hospitality. While we’ll miss her presence, we’re excited to introduce the new owners who will carry The Falcondale legacy forward, Marco-David Soares and Neil Baines.
Many of you may already know Marco and Neil, as they are both celebrated hoteliers with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Their previous venture, Plas Dinas Country House & The Gunroom Restaurant in North Wales, garnered praise from all who visited. Now, they’re bringing that same commitment to excellence right here to The Falcondale, a place that’s just as dear to their hearts as it is to ours.
Neil shared his excitement about this new chapter, saying:
“We are delighted to be taking over the reins of this beautiful landmark and returning to the country of Wales which is so very close to both our hearts.”
